Regular reporting, ethical governance, and responsible financial management will ensure transparency and accountability to our community, partners, and funders.

Communities across Edmonton are evolving and with that growth comes increasing need.

Many individuals continue to face barriers to employment, education, and social inclusion. Without structured support systems, these challenges can lead to long-term economic hardship, isolation, and missed potential.

Data and community research consistently show that:

  • Access to employment support significantly increases workforce participation
  • Skills training and mentorship improve long-term income stability
  • Community connection reduces isolation and improves mental well-being
  • Inclusive programs strengthen local economies and social cohesion

ECE Society is being built as part of the solution.

Our work will focus on creating measurable, scalable impact by addressing root causes—not just immediate needs.

Every future program will contribute to:

  • Stronger, more inclusive communities
  • Increased economic participation
  • Empowered individuals and families
  • Long-term, sustainable outcomes

This is not just community work, it is community investment.
